Cru and The Every Initiative
During my freshman year of college, God opened the door for me to get involved with Cru, formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ. Cru is a caring community passionate about connecting people to Jesus Christ. Our goal is to win, build, and send disciples of Jesus.
Over the past several years, God has stirred in my heart a desire to make Him known among the nations, specifically the 10/40 window, where there is little to no access to the gospel. During my sophomore year of college, I went with Cru on a trip to North Africa and met many individuals who had never before heard that Jesus has made a way for us to have a relationship with God. My heart broke for the billions of people who are born, live their entire lives, and die without ever hearing the gospel and without ever meeting a Christian.
God has given us a tremendous opportunity to invite people into a relationship with Jesus as the nations come to Sweden.
As part of Cru and The Every Initiative, my team in Gothenburg, Sweden will be partnering with local churches to reach university students and unreached refugees with the hope of the gospel.
